  1. Registration for the training becomes effective by filling in the registration form available at www.upledgerinstitute.pl and submitting the completed form through the above-mentioned website.<\/li>
  2. To secure a place in the training, a deposit of PLN 1000 must be paid within 14 days from the submission of the registration form. The remaining amount, corresponding to the full price of the training, must be settled no later than 30 days before its start. Due to the limited number of spots, if only one remains, enrolment will be determined by the order in which deposits are paid.<\/li>
  3. The deadlines for the deposit and payments are binding. Failure to pay the remaining balance 30 days prior to the start of the training results in withdrawal from participation and forfeiture of the deposit.<\/li>
  4. The organizer's bank account number will be sent in an automatically generated email after the submission of the registration form. If you do not receive this message after sending the form, please contact us.<\/li>
  5. A participant is added to the training participant list after making the deposit payment to the organizer's account.<\/li>
  6. A participant has the right to withdraw from the training without the risk of losing the deposit if the withdrawal notice is submitted at least 30 days prior to the planned start date of the course. In such a case, the full deposit amount will be refunded to the participant.<\/li>
  7. Cancellation should be reported by e-mail to office@upledgerinstitute.pl, and the date of cancellation is the date of sending the message.<\/li>
  8. During the training, the organizer will provide: a training venue with appropriate equipment, including treatment tables for work, teaching materials, and translation service into Polish for training conducted by English-speaking instructors.\u00a0<\/li>
  9. The organizer does not provide transportation to the venue, accommodation, or meals.<\/li>
  10. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the training with a full refund of the paid amount up to 21 days prior to the start of the course.<\/li>
  11. The organizer reserves the right to change the date of training. If the participant is unable to attend on the new date, a full refund will be provided.<\/li>
  12. By submitting the registration form, the participant agrees to these terms, financial conditions, and training dates.
