The language of instruction for the CST1 course is Polish. Other courses are conducted in English and are consecutively translated into Polish.

Your journey in the world of CranioSacral Therapy

begins with the CST1 course and can then lead to advanced and specialized courses, as well as two levels of certification.

What does the training structure look like
at the Upledger Institute?

At Upledger Institute, we offer six courses that allow participants to fully familiarize themselves with the therapeutic model developed by Dr. Upledger. Additionally, we offer specialized courses that enable further knowledge enhancement and skills development in selected areas of therapy.

Basic training program:

To participate in each subsequent module of the course, it is necessary to complete all previous modules.

Opportunity to continue

After completing each course module, participants receive a Certificate of Completion, which entitles them to participate in further training at all Upledger Institute satellites around the world.
