SomatoEmotional Release® or in English SomatoEmotional Release® (SER) is a therapeutic process that helps externalize and express emotions stored in tissue memory. Such releases help the patient get to the unconscious causes of pain or medical history. It is a proprietary method developed by Dr. John Upledger.
