The Techniques Certification
consists of three parts:

Exam process
step-by-step

Application Form

Below you will find the application form. Download it and send a scanned copy of the completed and signed form to: anna@upledgerinstitute.plPlease attach your current photo and a copy of the document confirming your professional qualifications. After your application is positively reviewed, we will begin the examination process.

Exam fee

After your application is approved, we will ask you to pay the exam fee of PLN 2200.

Essay questions

You will receive a set of essay questions in Polish and English. Your answers must be provided in English, as they will be evaluated by a certified examiner from the Upledger Institute in Florida. After writing the essays, send them back to us, and we will forward them for assessment.

Multiple-choice test

If your essays are positively evaluated, we will propose a date for the next part of the exam, which you will take directly in front of the examiner.

Practical exam

You will perform the exam practically on a patient, covering all techniques included in the CST1 and CST2 curriculum. You must demonstrate the correct execution of each technique and describe it according to the nomenclature used at the Upledger Institute. The discussion and demonstration of each technique should include four stages: 

- core intent of the technique, 
- hand placement, 
- how to perform the technique, 
- how to know when the technique is complete.

After passing the exams, you receive the title "Certified," which is added to your profile in the alumni directory on the International Alliance of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP) website, strengthening your position and credibility in the therapeutic community.
