representing the Upledger Institute based in Florida. This Institute was founded by Dr. John Upledger, the creator of CranioSacral Therapy.

The language of instruction for the CST1 course is Polish. Other courses are conducted in English and are consecutively translated into Polish.

Your journey in the world of CranioSacral Therapy
begins with the CST1 course and can then lead to advanced and specialized courses, as well as two levels of certification.
What does the training structure look like
at the Upledger Institute?
Basic training program:
- CST1 (CranioSacral Therapy 1) - Upledger's CranioSacral Therapy, Module I, Study of the Fascia and Central Nervous System. Whole Body Treatment Protocol - 10 Step Protocol.
- CST2 (CranioSacral Therapy 2) - Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, Module II, other cranio-sacral techniques for acute and chronic conditions, Hard Palate Protocol.
- SER1 (SomatoEmotional Release 1) - SomatoEmotional Release®, Module III, a full range of therapeutic tools to support working with trauma at the structural, energetic and psychological levels.
- SER2 (SomatoEmotional Release 2) - SomatoEmotional Release®, Module IV, Intention, Inner Physician and Dialogue. Deepening the principles and practice of SomatoEmotional Release®.
- ADV1 (Advanced 1) - advanced course, module V, deep introspective work, familiarization with „many hands” work, integration of all previously learned techniques.
- ADV2 (Advanced 2) - advanced course, module VI, improvement of skills of working in a multi-person team, improvement of conducting SomatoEmotional Release® therapy.
To participate in each subsequent module of the course, it is necessary to complete all previous modules.
Opportunity to continue

After completing each course module, participants receive a Certificate of Completion, which entitles them to participate in further training at all Upledger Institute satellites around the world.
