The Advanced Course 1 (ADV I) offers a unique experience for advanced practitioners of CranioSacral Therapy. It provides the opportunity to integrate all techniques and skills learned in previous modules through both performing and receiving the therapy. The course is conducted by a senior, experienced Upledger Institute instructor, supported by two qualified assistants and a translator. Mornings are dedicated to discussions about the sessions, sharing experiences and insights, while in the afternoon sessions, each participant receives treatment from the other group members.

This intensive course lasts five days and is conducted in a stationary format, meaning that the participants and staff are accommodated in the same location throughout the stay. The number of participants is limited to 10 or 12, creating optimal conditions for receiving individual support in both learning and practical skills, as well as personal processes during treatments.

LANGUAGE: English, consecutive interpreting into Polish.

Course elements:

  • enhancing skills in applying CranioSacral Therapy techniques and further developing palpation skills,
  • opportunity for individual assessment and skill development in direct collaboration with the instructor,
  • active participation in "working with multiple hands" sessions and improving collaborative skills with other practitioners in a harmonious environment,
  • deepening the understanding of the work through one's own therapeutic process,
  • integrating everything what the participant learned in previous courses, and raising skill levels and understanding to a higher level.
