SomatoEmocjonalne Uwolnienie® czyli po angielsku SomatoEmotional Release® (SER) jest procesem terapeutycznym, który pomaga uzewnętrznić i wyrazić emocje, zapisane w pamięci tkankowej. Takie uwolnienia ułatwiają pacjentowi dotarcie do nieświadomych przyczyn bólu czy historii choroby. Jest to autorska metoda, opracowana przez dra Johna Upledgera.
